Thiensville man dragged by car after attempting to purchase iPad from unknown man

BROWN DEER, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Brown Deer Police Department responded to Walmart on Monday for a report of a theft.

A 38-year-old Thiensville man reported he had attempted to purchase an iPad from an unknown man in the parking lot.

As the victim handed his money to the man who was seated inside a black Kia Optima, the vehicle sped off dragging the victim from Walmart to Family Dollar.

The victim declined medical attention.

A report was filed.
