The Thelma Sadoff Center for the Arts (THELMA) is looking for artists or budding artists for its new Member Spotlight.

The Member Spotlight will feature the work of THELMA member artists on display alongside works from the permanent collection.

"We've never opened this up just to Thelma members," Executive Director Jacqui Corsi tells the CBS 58 News at 4. "You don't have to have huge resume. You can be a budding artist. It just has to pass our curator's test."

The Member Spotlight program will debut in January of 2018.

"We'll display it for a quarter and we hope one day this grows into its own exhibit. So, we'll have a Thelma member exhibit."

THELMA welcomes and encourages its members to show off their talents for the Member Spotlight regardless of artistic experience. Artists and non-artists are invited to submit work in various forms of media including painting, drawing, sculpture, ceramics, woodwork, glasswork, jewelry and more.

The Member Spotlight is open to THELMA members who are 16 and up.

Submissions for the first quarter of 2018 will be accepted via email until December 4.

Registration form, display protocols and more information about the Member Spotlight can be found by clicking here.

THELMA is located at 51 Sheboygan St., in the heart of Downtown Fond du Lac’s Arts and Entertainment District.

THELMA also offers a stunning backdrop f

or weddings, meetings and all social and corporate gatherings.
