Second annual 'Black Restaurant Week' kicks off today in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE - The second annual 'Black Restaurant Week' kicks off today in Milwaukee.
Diners are encouraged to visit restaurants owned by African Americans. 18 restaurants are offering specials which is up from 14 last year, including 'Rise and Grind Cafe' at Florist and Teutonia.
'Black Restaurant Week' is sponsored by Blank Space MKE, an online art cooperative.
