Salvation Army Receives Donations for Christmas Family Feast

Just yesterday the Salvation Army was here asking for volunteers to serve up its annual Christmas Family Feast more folks are still needed but a huge boost to the feast has arrived.

Over 1,500 pounds of ham and 100 turkeys with all the fixings were delivered to the Wisconsin center downtown.

That food will be prepped and served to between eight and ten thousand people on Christmas day, and this is no small task for these volunteers.

The dinner is free and open to the public from 11 AM until 2 PM Christmas day. As we told you on the news at 4:00 on Wednesday volunteers of all kinds are still needed.
