Rocket motor shell causes scare at Germantown Waste Management facility

GERMANTOWN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Workers at the Waste Management facility in Germantown on Grant Drive got quite the scare Thursday afternoon.
Someone put a rocket motor shell in their recycling bin that was then taken to the waste management facility.
The Milwaukee County bomb squad responded and took the shell which they say posed no risk.
If you do come across an old military ordinance you should contact police who can deal with them with minimal disruption. It is unknown where the motor shell in this instance came from.
