Residents in Complex in Sussex May be Evacuated for Hazmat Situation

The Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department responded around noon to a call of a suspicious activity located in detached garage in the Clover Downs Complex located in the Village of Sussex.

According to a release by Waukesha County Sheriff's Department, the Village of Sussex Fire Department is on scene as well as the City of Waukesha Fire Department Hazardous Material Unit.  Several residents in the complex may be evacuated for several hours.  

The Drug Enforcement Administration will be responding to the scene to assist.
