Jacob Kittilstad recently had the opportunity to interview Dr. Bernice A King – the daughter of the late Coretta Scott King and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.  The conversation happened after an event sponsored by The Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center and The Milwaukee Urban League called “Praying with Their Feet” which explored the partnership between Jewish and Black activists during the Civil Rights Movement. Susannah Heschel - Eli Black Professorship of Jewish Studies at Dartmouth College – was also a large part of the event. Jacob was able to get Dr. King’s perspective on the city of Racine being named the 4th Worst City for Black Americans in a recent USA Today analysis.
