Police locate car stolen from Milwaukee crashed near 60th and Calumet

BROWN DEER, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Brown Deer Police Department received a report that a Toyota Rav4 was southbound on N. 60th from Bradley, traveling at a high rate of speed.

The call came in shortly before 9 p.m. on Saturday. 

Upon arrival, police found the vehicle crashed at 60th and Calumet Road. The vehicle was abandoned and had sustained heavy damage. Two light poles were also knocked down.

The vehicle was listed as stolen with the Milwaukee Police Department.

The suspect was not located.

Milwaukee Police will continue the investigation.
