WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- On Friday West Allis Police confirmed that the 37-year-old Milwaukee man who was stabbed in the head died at the hospital while being treated for his injuries.
The suspect has not yet been criminally charged and is not being named yet.

WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 30-year-old man is in custody after a 37-year-old man was stabbed in the head.
It happened just after 3:30 a.m. Thursday in the area of S. 80th Street and W. National Avenue in West Allis. Police say the victim was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries and is critical condition.
Investigators believe the victim was stabbed by a known party who stayed on the scene and was taken into custody. The stabbing is still under investigation.
