Throughout Southeast Wisconsin, the warmer temperatures on Tuesday gave folks a chance to clean up from vicious storms the night before.
Downed trees limbs littered neighborhoods from Good Hope and Teutonia south towards 108th and Howard.
Some were spared major damage and are just dealing with yard work.
Others suffered shattered glass to their cars or trucks below.
Neighbor Kevin Her said it was chaos that struck at midnight.
At first, Her and his family marveled at the heavy rain and strong winds and to hold down a tent he had set up to protect his lawn furniture.
"It just about lifted us off the ground," he said about trying to hold the tent down against the strong winds.
City crews arrived a short time later quickly getting dozens of limbs into the wood chipper.
No serious injuries reported.
