KENOSHA---The Fox River is over its banks in portions of Kenosha County. CBS 58's John Cuoco captured several images from road closures to surrounding homes and talked with resident who says it's the worst flooding they've seen since 2008.

"Quick flash flood you know, my yard wasn't like this yesterday," resident Jake Strazzanti explained.

Many people in the surrounding neighborhoods near Fox Lake have been affected by the flooding.

"When it comes up in my yard we know it's bad," restaurant owner Paul Delis has a parking lot right next to the Fox River. He says he hasn't seen flooding this bad in years.

"I don't think we are going to sand bag, I hope not," Deluis said. "I'm out here all day watching it."

CBS 58's Sandra Torres was in Thiensville in Ozuakee County where the Milwaukee River is at minor flood stage and expected to crest Friday at 13 feet.
