Pedal Your Way to CycleBar in Mequon

If you like biking or spinning, you now have another option.  Mequon has a new indoor cycling facility being billed as Wisconsin's first of its kind "luxury boutique fitness studio."  At CycleBar, you'll find a stadium-style room filled with 50 Schwinn exercise bikes in addition to weighted bars attached for arm exercises. The setting of colored lights and upbeat music only adds to the high-energy atmosphere. I was lucky enough to try out this experience Wednesday during The CBS58 Morning News.  And as I found out, it's quite the ride.

Starting tomorrow and going through March 5th, you have the chance to do your own test ride for free.  It's recommended to sign up online and make your reservations for the 50-minute class.  Click on the attached link to do this.
