Pastor Tries to Meet 13-Year-Old for Sex

A Kenosha County pastor is charged with trying to meet up with an underage girl for sex, only to discover his contact was an undercover officer with the Winnebago County Sheriff's Office.
The criminal complaint says 29-year-old Joshua Scheil, known as "Rev" on a teen website, was sending explicit messages to a person he thought was just 13.
Scheil was a Lutheran reverend in Twin Lakes on the Illinois border.
He was arrested last week at a rendezvous point in Oshkosh. He's being held on a 10,000 dollar bond.
