Passenger jet loses radar contact

KUALA LUMPUR-A Malaysian Airlines flights with 239 people on board fell off radar in Vietnamese airspace Friday.


At least two of the passengers are reportedly infants.


The Boeing 777-200 was heading from Kuala Lumpur To Beijing.


The passengers are from 13 different nationalities according to the airline which is now notifying family members.


The plane cleared takeoff and had been in the sky for nearly two hours and was cruising when radar contact was lost.
