Packers re-sign Center Corey Linsley

Green Bay wants to have their center locked up and ready for next season. That's why they wasted no time in re-signing Corey Linsley to a contract extension on Saturday.

Terms of the deal have not yet been released by the Packers, but it gives the team a sense of security that they will have a center who has started 53 games.

Linsley joined the team in 2014 after playing at Ohio State and being drafted by the Packers in the fifth round of the 2014 draft.

The Packers have been active this week. They just re-signed wideout Davante Adams to a contract extension on Friday.
