Overnight shooting in Milwaukee

The Milwaukee Police Department is e investigating a shooting that happened early this morning in the area of N Teutonia Avenue and W Capitol Drive. According to the Milwaukee Police Department, sometime before 1:20 AM, a 26-year old man was shot, but the exact circumstances surrounding of the shooting are not clear. The man was taken by a private party to a local hospital where he is being treated for his wound. The MPD is continuing to investigate the incident.
