“The former application sites are closed and have been replaced by more sites across Milwaukee County,” says Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services Director Héctor Colón. “In addition, people do not need to show up at a location on October 1 and wait in line to apply. They can schedule an appointment to apply at a time convenient for them between October 1 of this year and May 15, 2016. These are big changes we are working to educate our community about.”
