Neenah Police arrest 3 after multiple shots fired in Shopko parking lot

NEENAH Wis. (CBS 58) -- On August 6, 2017, the Neenah Police Department responded to the Shopko Parking Lot, 699 South Green Bay Road, for a report of multiple gunshots.

The Neenah Police Department’s Investigative Unit developed suspects who are now in custody.

They are Anthony W. Pitzrick, 18 years of age from Neenah and Rico K. Harvest, 19 years of age from Menasha.

Anthony was taken into custody on August 10, 2017, for a probation violation. At the end of August, charges were referred to the Winnebago County District Attorney’s office on Anthony. Anthony has been in custody for the probation violation since being arrested.

At the end of August, a request for an arrest warrant for Rico K. Harvest was sent the to the Winnebago County District Attorney’s office for Rico's involvement in the shooting. The Winnebago County District Attorney’s office issued an arrest warrant for Rico and he was arrested by the Menasha Police Department on October 4, 2017, without incident.

During the investigation, two 9mm handguns were seized that we believe were involved in the shooting. Both guns have been submitted to the Wisconsin Crime Lab to be processed for evidence. Also recovered during this investigation were a semi-automatic rifle and 1403 grams of suspect marijuana.

The case is still under investigation and future charges will be forthcoming.
