Child pornography suspect due in court for preliminary hearing

MILWAUKEE COUNTY -- A 26-year-old Milwaukee man accused of using his friend's daught to manufacture child porn, should find out Tuesday if he'll stand trial.

Justin Peterson was busted during a federal probe into child pornography.

Court records say he took illicit pictures of the little girl while she was sleeping and put them on the internet.

Peterson is facing 5-felony counts including child sex assault and possession of child pornography.
