Mysterious, itchy rash affecting school-aged children

ADAMS COUNTY -- There's a mysterious rash and illness affecting dozens of students in Central Wisconsin, and authorities are trying to find the cause.

At least two-dozen students at Adams Friendship Elementary School have developed hives, rashes, and itchy skin. Some students are also suffering from sudden headaches and vomiting. 

Firefighters have tested for carbon monoxide and other gases, but have yet to find a cause.

All of the classrooms in the school have been sanitized and an environmental specialist is being brought in to investigate.
