MPD looking for suspect who escaped police custody

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are asking for the public's help in locating a suspect wanted for escape that occurred on Friday, Aug. 7 around 6 p.m. near 27th and Villa. 

The suspect, 41-year-old Marquis R. Martin, is described as an African-American male, 5’07”, 131 pounds, black hair and brown eyes with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, denim jeans and white shoes.

Police say his vehicle is described as a black 2013 KIA Soul with a Wisconsin plate #ABY-6637.
