Motorcyclist Ejected During Hit and Run in Pleasant Prairie

Pleasant Prairie Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a vehicle involved in a serious hit and run accident involving two motorcycles. 

The accident took place on 11200 block of Green Bay Road on Tuesday around 10:30 PM.

According to police, officers responded and learned that a vehicle had struck a motorcycle, ejecting the operator and causing another motorcycle to crash. 

The motorcycle that was struck was operated by a 31-year-old male from Kenosha. He was transported to St. Catherine’s Hospital and was subsequently transported to Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa with serious but non-life threatening injuries. The second motorcycle was operated by a 30-year-old male from Waukegan, Illinois who was not injured. Both motorcycle operators were wearing helmets at the time of the accident.

According to Pleasant Prairie Police Department, the vehicle involved is described as a red or maroon four-door Dodge, possibly an Avenger, with black rims. The vehicle should have heavy front end damage with a cracked windshield on the passenger side. The vehicle should have an Illinois license plate starting with X71 or X31. A passenger in the vehicle is described as a 25- to 30-year-old black female with short hair, wearing a red shirt with gold writing on it.
