UPDATE: Missing Milwaukee man with brain injury found safe

UPDATE: James Starks was found safe early Sunday morning.


MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police are searching for a missing man named James Starks. Starks is described as a 47-year-old black man, 6 feet tall and weighs 160 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and a tattoo with the name Paige on his right arm.

Mr. Starks was last seen wearing a maroon fleece jacket, grey jeans and black tennis shoes. 

Starks went missing on Friday night, September 15 between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Saturday morning from a house in the 5200 block of W. Keefe Street.

Starks is reported to have a brain injury that causes confusion and alters his sense of time.
