Milwaukee Police cancels Silver Alert for 85-year old

Milwaukee Police located Mr. Richter in the afternoon of May 26.

 Milwaukee Police have issued a Silver Alert for a 85 year old white man who was last seen on N. 25th Street in Milwaukee.

Arnold Richter was last seen on foot with a silver walker. He was wearing a blue pull-over hooded sweatshirt, blue or black jogging pants and brown house shoes.

He has no teeth and is partially blind and hard of hearing.

Mr. Richter also has a 3-4\" long gray beard. He also previously lived on N. 28th St. and W. Highland Boulevard in Milwaukee and grew up in Whitefish Bay.
