MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Police have identified the 16-year-old killed in an accident near 12th and Concordia Tuesday morning as Joseph Blunt.
Investigators say the teen was on the hood of a vehicle while another man was driving with the victim on the hood. According to police, the suspect braked throwing Blunt from the car. Blunt later died from his injuries.
Police say the suspect has been identified and taken into custody.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police are currently investigating after a 16-year-old was killed this afternoon.
Police responded to 12th and Concordia shortly after 10 a.m. on Tuesday.
Preliminary investigation reveals that a 16-year-old was on the hood of a vehicle. The driver of the vehicle, a 21-year-old Milwaukee man, drove away with the victim on the hood. According to police, he then braked, throwing the victim off.
The victim was taken to a local hospital where he later died from his injuries.
Police are currently searching for the known driver.
