Milwaukee Named Tech Hire City

Milwaukee has been named a Tech Hire City and the new Tech Force Center behind me will help train individuals in technology
It's comprised of 2 classrooms that will allow individuals to learn computer and other technology skills to work in the field.
It's one of 15 cities that was given the Tech Hire community designation today.
Mayor Barrett said this is a good alternative for those who can afford college or technical school.
Their hope is to get 600 people through the program and into jobs by 2020.
The mayor said this has the potential to change the work force industry in Milwaukee.
