Milwaukee man seriously injured in shooting near 99th and Appleton

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Police say a 40-year-old Milwaukee man was seriously injured in a shooting near 99th and Appleton Tuesday, Jan. 25.
According to police, a suspect fired shots at the victim during an argument just before 1:30 p.m.
The victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment and is said to be in critical condition.
The suspect, a 22-year-old Milwaukee man, was arrested.
Charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office in the upcoming days.
