Milwaukee man arrested for 5th OWI Thursday evening on I-43

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Thursday evening at 5:15 p.m. Milwaukee County Sheriff's Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a car swerving on I-43 south near Highland Avenue.

39-year-old Milwaukee man Antwon Berry looked impaired and failed the field sobriety test. Berry was also driving with a revoked driver's license.

Berry had four prior convictions for OWI in 2000, 2003, 2008 and 2010. He faces his fifth charge of OWI, which is a Class G felony punishable by up to ten years in prison, and a misdemeanor charge of operating while revoked, which carries a penalty of up to 30 days in jail.
