Mequon Police Department Hosts Holiday Gift Wrapping Fundraiser

If you are in need of a little gift-wrapping help, a local law enforcement agency is willing to lend a hand.

The Mequon Police Department is having its first ever holiday gift wrap fundraiser on Saturday.

Proceeds will go to Advocates of Ozaukee, a non-profit group, helping victims of sexual abuse.

The idea was hatched by a Mequon dispatcher and support grew from there.

The fundraiser runs from 11 to 5 on Saturday. 

It will be held at the Mequon Safety Building in the lower level meeting room.
