Medical Examiner Releases Information on Man Found Frozen

Milwaukee County Medical Examiner released information on the man that was found frozen in his truck in Oak Creek.
Phillip Bruce Benham was found dead in his truck on December 21.
According to the medical examiner report, he was current homeless after living with his girlfriend of 19 years.
He allegedly told her he was staying at a rescue mission.
He was found in a t-shirt, jeans and cowboy boots.
The ignition was not on and it was only 28 degrees in the car.
According to the medical examiner, Benham was found frozen.
It was believed he had been living out of his truck.
