CUDAHY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- According to the Cudahy Police Department, they were called to a garage near Packard and College just before 6 a.m. on Friday. Cudahy Police were called by Greenfield Police who were at the location due to a missing persons report.
A citizen said that a man left during the evening on March 1 to check on his rental property in Cudahy and never returned. When Greenfield Police checked the garage of the rental property they found the missing man dead.
After an investigation officials determined the man was shot to death.
Around 9:45 a.m. on Friday Cudahy Police questioned a 37-year-old Cudahy man who was the tenant of the rental property. The man was later arrested and has been referred for charges including intentional homicide and hiding a corpse.
Details surrounding the fatal shooting have not been released.
Cudahy Police say they aren't looking for any other suspects and there is no threat to the public.

CUDAHY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner has been called to Cudahy for a homicide. The death was reported Friday morning near Packard and College.
The victim has been identified as an adult man.
