MCTS responds to mean tweets in video

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee County Transit System has responded to the mean tweets they get while also adding some fact about the Milwaukee bus system.
MCTS released a video Wednesday of "MCTS Mean Tweets."
The video offers perspective on the thought that buses are never on time or cost too much.
