Man Shot in Arm, Milwaukee Police Seeking Suspect

The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred around 1:30 Tuesday morning in the area of W Fond du Lac and W Custer Avenues.   According to the Police, a man in his early 20s received a gunshot wound to the right arm.  He was taken to a local hospital and treated for the non-life threatening injury.  The initial investigation found that the victim and the suspect are known to each other and that the suspect may be suffering from a mental illness.   Even though the Police were unable to locate the suspect, after a search of the area, the police were able to recover a revolver believed to have been used in the shooting.  The Milwaukee Police are continuing to look for the  suspect.
