Man seriously injured in shooting near 38th and Concordia

A man suffered serious injuries following a shooting Wednesday afternoon.
Milwaukee Police are investigating after an adult male was shot near 38th and Concordia shortly after 4 p.m.
The circumstances surrounding the investigation still remain under investigation.
The victim was transported to a local hospital.
The investigation remains ongoing and police continue to search for suspects and determine a motive.
