MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Jordan Fricke was back in court Thurday morning, and the court granted his request for a new attorney.
One will be picked from the Public Defender's Office.
Fricke is waiting for his sentence in the deadly shooting of Police Officer Matthew Rittner.
His sentencing date has not changed. It's scheduled for August 29.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A man convicted in the death of a Milwaukee police officer wants to get rid of his attorneys.
Jordan Fricke was found guilty on all counts in July. He's accused of shooting and killing Milwaukee Police Officer Matthew Rittner on February 6 while police served a warrant for Fricke's arrest.
Fricke has filed a motion for his attorneys to withdraw from the case.
He's expected to be sentenced later this month.
