Man arrested in Caledonia for 10th OWI just 4 days after release from prison

On Saturday, June 24 at 5:34 PM Caledonia Police conducted a traffic stop on County Highway V near County Line Road. The drive, 66-year-old Milwaukee man David Broomfield, was driving with a revoked license. Broomfield failed a field sobriety test and was taken into custody for his 10th OWI.

Broomfield told police he was drinking in the Pick 'N Save parking lot on Douglas Avenue in Caledonia. He was on parole for OWI after being released from prison on June 20.

Broomfield was taken to the Racine County Jail.
