Man arrested for OWI with 11-year-old in car

WEST BEND, Wis. (CBS 58) -- On Thursday, November 16 around 6:26 p.m., a West Bend Officer stopped a car for a traffic violation.
The 39-year-old driver from Kewaskum showed signs that he had been drinking and failed a standardized field sobriety tests. The man blew a .15%.
The man had his 11-year-old child in the car and was arrested for his third OWI.
