Make-A-Wish Wisconsin grants 6,000th wish

Make-A-Wish offers a glimmer of hope to children fighting for their lives and the chance to be a kid again, even if it's just for a day.

Now, after spreading joy to so many the Make-A-Wish Wisconsin foundation is celebrating itself.

Inside a Wisconsin home on Friday, the Make-A-Wish foundation celebrated a huge milestone - it granted its 6,000 wish. 4-year-old Lincoln Durik has a life threatening neurological condition and suffers from seizures and has trouble sleeping.

On Friday Lincoln he got a sensory room, complete with a ball pit and LED lights.

The wish means everything to Lincoln’s family, and is just as important for the foundation.
