Local Woman Struck Husband with Car after Argument

A Racine County woman is accused of hitting her husband with her car after he pulled her hair during an argument.

Terria Rudzinski was charged with intoxicated use of vehicle, hit and run, operating while intoxicated causing injury and disorderly conduct.

The incident occurred on Sunday.

Her husband was taken by Flight for Life from the scene after suffering fractures to the skull.

He was taken to Surgical Intensive Care Unit. Doctors removed a portion of his skull to allow for swelling to his brain.

According to criminal complaint, Rudzinski told officers that she had a fight with her husband on their way home from Hitch-n-Post. He allegedly pulled her hair, and she pulled over and told him to get out of the car.

She allegedly pulled away when he struck the passenger side windshield with his hand.

According to the criminal complaint, the front right headlight was cracked and broken.
