MILWAUKEE-A 17 year old Milwaukee girl took the stand Tuesday to testify against the alleged trigger man in a triple shooting that happened near 40th and Lisbon in January.

"When the shots first were fired," she said,"I turned around trying to get back into the house."

CBS 58 News is not identifying the victim because of her age and the sensitivity of the crime.

The defense attorney for the defendant, 19 year old Kewaun Clark, questioned whether she could clearly see his client given the fact that she was running away at the time.

The young woman repeatedly said she saw Clark holding the gun and firing the weapon.

The court bound Clark over for trial.

Two other teens were wounded that day, all are expected to make a full recovery.

Court documents show the accused had been exchanging insults over facebook with his ex-girlfriend in the moments leading up to the shooting.

His ex girlfriend wasn't hit in the gunfire, but three of her friends were hit by bullets as they walked out of the home where they had been hanging out for the afternoon.

There should be some kind of Republican aid so people who can't afford the protection of a gun can get one, it's becoming a nessesity for all Wisconsinites to carry a concealed weapon. If you are going to be without one, then (like the Voter ID) you can't participate. I say FREE GUNS FREE GUNS FREE GUNS FREE GUNS FREE GUNS
