Icy roads cause fatal crash in Pewaukee

VILLAGE OF PEWAUKEE-- A 20-year-old woman is dead following an overnight crash.

Police say that they were called out to Highway 16 just west of Capitol Drive around 12:15 a.m. Saturday.

The woman lost control of her vehicle on the icy pavement, crossed the median, and was struck by two other vehicles.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.

The drivers of the other two vehicles were injured as well.

Th complete extent of their injuries is unknown, but they are believed to be non-life threatening.

The crash remains under investigation.
