Woman attacked, sexually assaulted while jogging

MILWAUKEE---Milwaukee Police are investigating after a woman was sexually assaulted while jogging on Wednesday.

The incident occurred at 8:20 a.m. in the 3100 block of Lincoln Memorial Drive. The woman was jogging on the Oak Leaf Trail when a man grabbed and fondled her.

The man was riding a bicycle when he approached the woman. She was able to fight him off and he ran away.

The man is described as a white male in his 30s about 6 feet tall. He had curly, shoulder-length blonde hair and jagged teeth. He was wearing a dark knit cap, a black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.

Police believe this is an isolated incident that is not connected to any other incidents.
