MILWAUKEE-- A woman who claimed to be the ex-girlfriend of a homicide victim showed up at the scene of the crime Monday to tell the media that he was a good provider to their 13 year old daughter.

The Milwaukee Police Department arrested a 32 year old woman for a fatal shooting inside a home near  48Th and Wright  around 7:30 a.m Monday.

Police say the victim was A 35-year-old Milwaukee man who was shot during an argument with the woman and died at the scene.

LaTonya Morris says she dated the victim and that his name was Anthony Martin. She said she only talked to him about their 13 year old daughter and she refrained from any reference to domestic violence involving the female suspect. She knew only of her name.

We at CBS 58 are not using the name since the woman has not been charged.

"She going to have to answer to God and I'm sorry to me, too," Morris told CBS 58 News "and you can take that any way you want."
