Woman accused of killing boyfriend due in court Monday

MILWAUKEE COUNTY -- A woman accused of shooting and killing her live-in boyfriend has a preliminary hearing on Monday.

Irena Moore is charged with first degree reckless homicide.

According to the Criminal Complaint, Moore told police she got into a heated argument with Anthony Moore at their home near 48th and Meinecke earlier this year.

The Complaint said Moore told police she pointed a gun at Martin so he would stop attacking her and says she shot him when he threatened to kill her.
