West Allis man accused of drunk driving with children in the carMILWAUKEE -- 47-year-old Monroe Walton is charged with his second offense OWI with a child in the car. A Milwaukee County sheriff's deputy stopped Walton for speeding on I-45 near Hampton Ave. just after 4:30 p.m. Walton had his three children in the car while he was being arrested for his second offense OWI. Child Protective Services arranged for the children's mother to pick them up around 8:00 p.m. Walton faces up to nine months in jail if convicted. |
