Wauwatosa police resolve tactical situation

by Chris Patterson

WAUWATOSA - A call about a possible robbery in progress turns into a tactical situation for police. It happened at about 9:45 Monday morning in the 13-hundred block of north 121st street.

The home belongs to Frank Jude Jr. who became well known after being beaten by Milwaukee Police in 2004. Jude wasn't home at the time, but his brother was.

It began after a delivery driver called police about something suspicious at the home. They called in the tactical unit. The situation was resolved a couple hours later. Police say there were no arrests and everyone is fine.
