WAUKESHA COUNTY -- A Waukesha County man accused of getting into an hours-long standoff with police officers. He was in court Monday for a non-compliance letter filed by the Wisconsin Community Service.
In October, police say Nicholas Faby tried to choke his girlfriend. She eventually escaped the couple's home, but when police arrived for questioning, Faby wouldn't respond. He is a convicted felon with a history of violence. Faby is facing several charges. He has plead not guilty to all of them. Faby's next court appearance is scheduled to be February 26th. |
