Vandals knock over 23 tombstones at Racine cemetery

RACINE -- Vandals pushed over 23 tombstones at Racine's Mound Cemetery between March 21st and March 24th. Police say the tombstones vandalized date back to the 1880s.

A similar incident took place at the Mound Cemetery ten years ago.
