Truck crashes into home

WAUKESHA-- Police said that slippery roads are to blame for a truck hitting a house in Waukesha.

The accident happened around 2:00 p.m. Tuesday near Grand Ave and Sunset.

The truck driver said that he swerved to avoid another wreck.

Nobody was in the home at the time and not the driver was not injured.

The home sustained some damage, but police said that the chimney of the home probably prevented the truck from smashing right through the wall.
