Town of Jackson water troubles

by Keith Meka

TOWN OF JACKSON - Many residents have been forced to use bottled water since a massive underground gasoline leak last summer. On Monday night, residents gathered to listen to possible long term solutions for safe drinking water in the Town. Some of the solutions involve different ways the Village could provide water for the Town. Another solution was to dig deeper private wells for residents. Many people are getting frustrated with the process. The Town Board has until the end of March to decide which solution they will adopt.
